Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility: Returns/refunds accepted within 7 days only if: item is defective, damaged, wrong item delivered, or major color/quality mismatch.

Proof required: Please record a short video while opening the package (unboxing) and send it with your return claim — this helps process quickly.

Color / missing items: If an item’s color is significantly different from product photos or an item from your order is missing, we’ll accept return/exchange after verification.

Who pays shipping: Customer pays return or exchange shipping.

Exchanges: Allowed only for verified issues (defect/wrong item). If stock unavailable, we’ll issue refund.

Processing refunds: Refunds processed after we verify the returned item; allow 3–7 business days to reflect in your account.
